A Special Rate of 11-15ths of a penny in the £ sterling upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Snellgrove Special Rating District in respect of loan of £l4O for forming and metalling Snellgrove’s Road. 2. A Special Rate of |-th of a penny in the £ sterling upon the rateable valuation of ail rateable property of the Tennent’s Special Rating District in respect of loan of £IOO for metalling Tennent’s Road. Each of the above loans is for a period of 41 years, and the interest to be paid at r,he rate of 3| per cent, per annum.
