tric Telegraph.—Copyright. Berlin, June 1. The Kaiser, in toasting the King and Queen of Sweden, at Berlin, cited the North Sea and the Baltic agreements as proof of a peaceable disposition and destined to make for the maintenance of the peace and tranquility of Northern Europe. King Gustaf, in responding, rejoiced over the two agreements, which, besides helping to consolidate the peace, of the world, had drawn Germany and Sweden closer, thus permanently strengthening their good relations.
