AN ANARCHIST ARRESTED.

Paul Yikolaus, an engineer, of Oharlotteuburg, has been arrested at Bari. He describes himself as an anarchist, and declares that be followed the Kaiser to the Mediterranean intending' to kill a personage in the Kaiser’s suite.

The police suspect that Yikolaus intended to make an attempt on the Kaiser’s life.
