STOCK REPORT. Messrs Abraham & Williams, Ltd reuort on their Johnsonville sale as fo'llows: —A full eutry of bullocks. The quailfcy was only fair, but the entry was above_ requirements. Best bullocks £8 15s to £9, others £7 TOs to £7 15s, A heavy entry of sheep of prime quality were not equal to Isst week’s rates. Prime wethers 18s 2d, 16s sd, 17s, ewes extra prime 18s, 16s 8d to 17s Bd, light 16s to 14s 9d, plain ewes 11s 8d to 12s, lambs 11s 3d to 12s. At our Marton sale on May 19th there were heavy yardings of both sheep and cattle, both of which met with much better demand, especially sheep, as shown by the following quotations Two-tooth wethers 13s 7d to 13s lOd, 4-tooth wetohrs 13s lid, 4 and 6-tooth wethers to 14s 10d’, fat wethers 14s 6d to 16s 4d, 2tooth wethers small 7s 6d to' TOs 3d, store ewes 4s to 7s, forward empty ewes 9s 7d to 11s sd, s.m. ewes in lamb 8s to 10s 3d, wether lambs 8s 2d, mixed lambs to 7s 3d, cull lambs 2s 2d to 5s sd. Cattle: Fat cows £4 to £4 13s, 3-year bullocks £4 10s to £4 13s 6d, dairy cows £4, mixed yearlings 15s 6d to 23a, mother-fed weaners 26s 6d, others 12s 6d.
