CHARGES AT MATCHES. Press Association. Dunedin, May 20, At a committee meeting of Otago Rugby Union this morning the following wire was! sent to the|New Zealand Union ;—Committee protest strongly against what they consider exorbitant charges proposed to, be imposed for Otago match against British team and in view of the fact that no exception was taken to this committee’s proposed gcharges when Otago delegates were in Wellington pending report of box plan, has been closed. The local Union had advertise! a charge of half-a crown for reserved seats, but the New Zealand Union fixed the amount at five shillings.
