In speaking of the trip to Levin f State farm Mr R. K. Simpson con- - ’ sidered Government should offer farmers better inducements to visit such places. At present a heavy guarantee was asked for and it seemed unreasonable when Ministers could be conveyed by special trains to any part of the colony.
