ALLEGED POISONING.

A case of suspected poisoning is being inquired into by the police. The body of the supposed victim, a man named Alexander Brown, aged SG, has been exhumed and the contents of the stomach are being analysed. Brown was employed on Sydney wharf and possessed considerable property. He died in the hospital of jiwhat the doctors supposed to be neuritis. A woman has been arrested on a charge of stealing deceased’s jewellery. The whole story is likely to recall the famous Talune case of some years ago.
