DEATH FROM NEGLECT.

As a result of the disclosures at the inquest on the death of Margaret Robinson, who died on Monday at her residence, Sydenham, William Alexander Robinsbn and Margaret Savage, son and daughter of deceased, were charged to-day with having caused her death by neglecting to call medical aid or advice and. to give proper care and nursing.. Mr Donnelly, for accused, said they wanted the case tried at next Supreme Court sessions and desired to have the Magistrate’s proceedings completed this week. The female accused was in a weak state of health, having left a nursing home only a short time ago and the suspense of the case would be harmful. Inspector Dwyer said the police would be ready on Saturday and a remand was*- granted accordingly. Bail was allowed to each in £IOO and one surety each of £IOO.
