THE BLACKBALL STRIKE.
Per Press Association. Auckland, May 11. At tho Arbitration Court this morning Mr Tele. Crown solicitor, moved for an order to enforce against members of Blackball Onion the fine made against the Union itself on March 'J2th or for such order as the Court might think fit. Mr Tole said the order ho asked the Court to make was that individual members should be ordered to pay the amount of tho fine provided that no member was liable to -pay more than £lO, that tho said members within cue week ox the- making of the order bo notified of its effect, either through tins secretary of tho Union of Workers or by advertisement published in Grcyinouth, and that in default or within so many clays of that notification th,; certificate of order be forwarded to the Magistrate at Greyxuouth to the end that such proceedings might be taken according to law. Blackball Union were net represented., His Honor .intimated that the Court would consider the matter and advise Mr Tole.
