CANON NASH’S CASE.

Owing to the refusal of Canon Bardsloy to support his original charges against Canon Nash, Archbishop Clarke has withdrawn his order for Canon Nash’s permanent disability and given Justice Hodges, Chancellor of the Dioceso of Melbourne. and Archdeacon Hiudley, discretion to publish Canon Bardsley’s written accusation, also Canon Nash’s apology to Ethol Bardsley and her signed statement. The Archbishop has no objection to everything being published if the Chancellor and the Vicar-General approve of the course. Canon Nash is being urged by ids family to return to England.
