THE STANDARD OF THE EMPIRE. Per Press Association. —Copyright. London, May The Standard announces- it will issue a weekly supplement, entitled the Standard of the Empire, which will bo distributed gratis with Thursday’s issues of the Standard, containing cable and other news of all sorts from the colonies by the Agents-General and special writers.
