Per Press Association. t , l , Wellington, May 1. ” In Scott v. the King, Mr Harper contended that Mr Muuro’s action was not authorised by the Commissioners aud neither they nor the Crown were liable for his acts. The fact that Scott t went into possession was not referable to the contract continued in the letters, but was in view of a formal contract being executed. At [the conclusion of argument judgment was reserved.
