ARBITRATION COURT.
Per Press Association. Auckland, April 29. The Arbitration Court dealt with the case against Salmon & Go., butchers, and F. R. Bust, secretary of the Butchers’ Union, for alleged breach of award. Bust was employed at 35s a week aud 5 per cent commission on sales, being also given the use of a cart to carry small goods for sale. The Court held that Bust was a servant, but as the breach -was no wilful, only ordered defendants to pay costs.
