Press Association —Copyright. Received April 30 8.15 a.m. Loudon April 29. In the case Page v. Walker the claimant of the Page estate in Middlesex sought an injunction restraining defendant from interfering with his possession of a farm in the parish of Kingsbury. Justice Eve, in dismissing the case with costs, declared that the action was based on shadowy evidence and reckless statements. He wished ho had power to stop such proceedings.
