ANOTHER NAVAL DISASTER.

Press Association. —Copyright. Received April 29, 8.51 a.m. Loudon, April 8. The scout ship Attentive rammed the destroyer Gala in night manoeuvres near Kentish Knock Sandbank. The Gala was cut in halves and sank. Drought was killed in his berth. Fifteen destroyers accompanied the Attentive which struck the Gala abaft the v engineroom. Her forepart sank and the afterpart with.the crew in was towed to shallow water, a destroyer going there and rescuing them. The scout Adventure also damaged the destroyer Kiddle which returned to Sheerness.
