Mr Phillips, M.P., member for Pembrokeshire, offers to resign in Mr Churchill’s favour if no other seat is available. BY-ELECTION. The by-clection in Kincardineshire, owing to the decease of Mr J. W. Crombie, sitting member, resulted in the election of Captain Murray (Liberal) with 8961 votes. Mr S. J. Gammall (Unionist) received 1968 votes. The voting at the general election was Crombie 3877, Gammell 1524.
