Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Halcombe Town Board, at a Special Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 20th May, 1908, under the provisions of Section 87 of the Town: Board’s Act, 1881, and Section 87 of the Eating Act, 1894, and Section 2 of the Town District j Act, 1908, to make and levy a rate of one shilling and sixpence in the pound on the rental value of all rateable property within the Halcombe Town district, Crown and Native Lands excepted.
