Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Halcombe Town Board, at a Special Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 20th May, 1908, ueder the provisions of Section 37 of the Town Board’s Act, 1881, and Section 37 of the Rating Act, 1894, and Section 2 of the Town District Act, 1903, to make and levy a rate of one shilling and sixpence in the pound on the rental value of all rateable property within the Halcombe Town district, Crown and Native Lands excepted.
