Press Association—Copyright. Received April 18, 93, a.m. Cairo, April 17. Osman Digna, the notorious Lieutenant of the late Khalifa of the Soudan, who is imprisoned at Damuka, has gone mad. He declared that the English are the scourge of God and must be obeyed by Moslems.
