The Court denies the right of the public or the press to bo present at the examination. New York, April 17. A terrible snow slide occurred in a canyon of the Rocky Mountains on Monday. It swept away a portion of the railway track and a boarding car, used by employees, into the canyon. Thirty Japanese were killed. Sydney, April 18.
