RICCARTON TRAINING* NOTES. Per Press Association. Christchurch, Apriel 18. Being an off morning work was restricted. Light work and useful pacing was practically all that was accomplished. Stewart Waddell arrived yesterday with Zimmerman, Kairoma, Martyr - ium, North Pole, and Rock Ferry, who were out this morning. All are looking well, especially Zimmerman.
Fleetfoot has unfortunately developed lameness and is a doubtful starter.
