AUSTRALIAN STRIKE.
Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, April 8. The conference arrived at a conditional agreement which to-morrow will be submitted for the consideration of the respective bodies concerned, and their decisions will be communicated to an adjourned meeting of the conference to be held on Friday for final acceptance or otherwise. No details are available, but the feeling is that an early settlement of the strike is probable.
