VEGETABLE FIBRE IN WOOL.

RECOMMENDATIONS OE COMMITTEE. Press Association—Copyright. Received April 3, 10.25 a.m. London, April 3. The committee on vegetable fibre in wool has selected three bags which will be sent to Australia for the purpose of testing whether from any of them vegetable fibre can be imported to wool. One is a cheap jute sack with wool lining, another is paper lined, and the third is good plain jute. The committee highly recommends that all bales be sewn with the special all-wool string prepared for the committee.
