London, April 1. Mr Nicholas Luxemburg, a naturalised British citizen, who is a boot manufacturer’s agent in London, was arrested as a political suspect at Odessa and detained for a fortnight in a filthy prison. He appealed to the Consul and was released, but the authorities retained one-third .of his money. Luxemburg claims an indemnity. Questions on the matter will be asked in Parliament.
