special session of Congress aftor March, 1909, and urges Congress in 1909 to amend the Sbarman anti-trust' law to enable the railway to mate a. reasonable triune agreement, to be subject to live consent of the interstate Commerce Cc mimssioa ; also to pass the Employers’ .Liability and the Financial Bill introduced by Senator Aldrich.
