Press Association. Napier, March 21. The weather cleared sufficiently this morning to allow of tho swimming championships being proceeded with, though the water was a bit choppy. Results : 280 Yards Breaststroke Championship : A. M. Russell, Sydenham, 1; G. L. Bull, St. Albans. 3; F. Tiuscott, Christchurch (last year’s champion), 3. Won by four feet. Time, 3min 17 l-sseo. 100 Yards Ohmpionship: Champion, Auckland., 1; Freyburg, Wellington, 3; Dawson, Otago, 3. Freyburg swam outside the flags. Time, Imin 13sec.
