Press Association —Copyright. Received March 18, 8,8 a.m. ‘London, Mai eh 17. A package of registered letters posted in London on the 21st for •transmission to New York by the steamer Cedric was enclosed in the wrong mail bag and travelled to Yokohama. The missing correspondence is now proceeding to New York.
