At a Special Meeting of the Kiwitea County Council, held at the County Office, Kimbolton, on SATURDAY, loth February, 1908, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order, making and levying a Special Rat? of 3-128ths of a penny in the £ sterling on the rateable value of all rateable property of the Valley Special Rating District for the payment of imprest and other charges on a further loan of £l3O (Rung 10 per cent of original loan of £1800) authorised to be raised by the said Council under “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1801,” and amendments thereto, for the purpose of completing the formation, bridging and metalling on Kawhatau Ro-id,
Tha loan is for 41 years and the interest to be pa’d at the rate of per centum per annum.
