At the meeting which decided upon the winding up of Druce, Limited, there were half-a-dozen shareholders present, besides officials. Druce informed the meeting that the winding up need not affect him proceeding to establish his claim, which could be continued or dropped according as the liquidator advised. The shareholders’ rights were intact, ■and any assets that might ultimately would be distributed.
