Mr Jelliooe in a letter to the newspapers says that lie is convinced that the Australian and New Zealand Governments would never have supported Natal’s bullying and the Downing street policy, of last September, if they could have foreseen the terrible sufferings and injustice inflicted upon the Zulus.
