MEETING OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. Per Press Association. ■ Wellington, March IS. A meeting of the Mangagoment Committee of the New Zealand Union was held to-night m reference to the appeal of the Auckland Uuiou against the decision of the - Management Committee. The appeal committee reported that it was of opinion the proceeds of any special challenge match under the Raufurly Shield regulations are the property of the. N.Z. Rugby Union. A protest was received from the Boiler Union against being deprived of a match with the British team. The Marlborough - Union claimed that the match against the Britishers lie played at Blenheim instead of Nelson. It was decided to reply in both cases that arrangements that have been made cannot now be altered.

The Otago Union suggested three test matches between N.Z. and the British team. This matter was deferred for further consideration.
