The German Government has sent a courier to London tojjobtam a cany of the Kaiser’s letter, as none exists in Berlin, London, March 11. King Edward has written to the Kaiser personally regarding the Tweedmonth incident. It is announced in Berlin, tnat the lettei gave the Kaiser evident pleasure, and great satisfaction is expressed in official circles. FRIENDLY GERMAN COMMENTS. Received March 13, S a.m. Berlin, March 11. The entire German press eulogised the dignified attitude of the British Government and Opposition regarding the Kaiser’s letter. Tho anxiety of the British press to prevent an Anglo-German misunderstanding is noted with satisfaction.
