STOCK REPORT. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson & Co. report-On the 4th inst., at our usual Y anganui stock sale, wo had> full yarding, via., 7100 sheep'," 500 cattle, aud 110 pigs. Tiie attendance was good. Sheep sold better than of late, and wo disposed of all yarded—with the exception of <35 0 sheep—at full market values. Cattlo are still dull of sale ; however, we quitted most of the lines after the auction at prices in buyers’ favour. Pigs sold well. Wc quote :—Fat cows £3 12s Gd to £3 15s, empty heifers £2 10s to £2 12s (id, forward bullocks £4 10s, 3year fresh steers £3 12s Gd, good weauers Ms, forward heifers £2 7s (id, small empty heifers 20s, 18-month steers 31s to 3GsGcl, store empty cows 2os to 3Cs. bulls £2 10s to £2 las, 4tooth breeding ewes 13s to 13s Gd, -1 and 6-tooth ewes 13s to 12s Gd, ftooth ewes 12s Id, 2-tooth ewes (good) 13s 3d to Ms Gd, 4 aud Swear breeding ewes 10s to 11s, full mouth ewes (good) 9s 5d to 9s 9d, others 7s to 7s 7d, aged ewes 4s to Gs Gd, good shorn lambs us to Gs Id, small do. 2s to 3s Id, medium 2-tooth wethers W Gd, others Gs 7d to 3s. forward 4 and. 6-tooth wethers 12s 3d, fat ewes Us to 13s, medium do. 9s to 10s Gd, fat lambs 11s Bd, good 2-tdoth wethers 12s Id, small 3 tooth ewes as Gd, end ewes 2s Gd to 4s, Lincoln rams £1 Is to IjYgus, others 10s.
