WOOL, SKIN & HIDES. Messrs Abraham & Williams report as follows At our Palmerston sale yesterday buyers were fairly well represented. Bidding was not very spirited, but we sold every line. We quote:—Wool; Lambs scl to 5%d, crossbred fine 5d to 5%d, crossbred medium to 4^d, pieces 2%d to 2%d, dead to 4d. Skins: Crossbred fine s^cl, crossbred medium to sd, lambs 4J<Jd to 5%d, laml.. pelts 9d to Is 4d, crossbred at peVpiece 4s 2d to 4s 9d, dead at per piece Is 9d. Hides: Ox (561bs) Gd per lb, sßlbs s>£d to 5%d, 291bs 4d, cows 551bs 5%d, 3olbs 4d, bulls 3d, calf average weight 531bs 3d, calf, cut, 2%d to 3d, yearlings Tallow: ~lu tins 20s 3d per cwt, in casks 22s Od per cwt, rough fat in tins 10s 9d per cwt.
