AWAHURI.

From Our Own Correspondent,

At a meeting of the Sports Committee last evening a very strong discussion arose as to receiving nominations for the horse-jumping events. It was finally decided not to receive any nominations of men or horses who had been disqualified in jumping competitions. Nominations for running and cycling events cannot be received later than Monday evening.

Mr T. Sutton has disposed of bis property at Awahuri to Mr JBoddy who has taken possession.
