Meddi, an expert train thief, has been identified as the assailant of Miss Low, who was murderously assaulted and robbed on the Turin express on 13th January, 1907. Berlin, March 5. Thirty thousand pounds worth of bank notes and shares were stolen from Herr Meyerstein, a resident of Giessen, while the train was at Cologne station.
