Conditions. —Men to run from tne front 20 yards to engine, loch fore-car-riage, turn over and unlock levers, connect two lengths of suction hose to engine, connect to engine, and run out at r io-ht angles, two 50-lengths of canvas hose from each side, and fix branches and return to starting point. Delivery hose to be made up in coils, strapped, and placed in body of engine; branches strapped in horns in front of engine. Suction hose to be in side pockets, one on each side of engine; lids closed, all caps on. Time to last man returning to starting point. Man must be not less than 12 inches above ground when taking hose
