The Trades Hall Council adjourned the discussion on the motion that members of the Council and Labour members of the State and Federal Parliaments wait on Mr Deakiu and,ask the Federal Government to request the Imperial Government to secure an agr!?<?ment with the cooperation of tj© Powers to recognise Australasian | territories as nonbelligerent, Aiud that matters of difference between such territories and the Powers be settled by Arbitration. The motion also proposes to ask New Zealand and Fiji to cooperate in approaching the Home Government.
