A bulletin states that Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman did not pass a very good night, but had some quiet sleep during the morning. A bulletin issued last evening shows that the Premier had a comfortable day. His strength continues good. ? Capetown, February 24. At the instance of Mr Sauer, Minister of Works, the Cape South African party passed a vote of sympathy with Sir Henry CampbellBannerman.
