Nominations must be accompanied with a statement of the last two years’ performances, also dates and localities of same. Each competitor must state his handicap and position at finish of race, otherwise he will be liable to disqualification. Any competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name, or practising fraud shall be disqualified for life. The Committee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after the event, to make a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of the description of his performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor, either before or after any event, who abn.il refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize.
