AN INSURANCES CASE.

The appeal case Campbell, of Sydney, versus the Australian Mutual Provident Society in which appellant sought to preventj the Society extending its business outside the Commonwealth, was argued before the Judicial Committee. After hearing the appellant’s case their Lordships intimated that they did £not desire to hear counsel for respondents, and that they would give their reasons later.
