RULES AND REGULATIONS. -Entnes-will be received by the Managing Steward-up till 9 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, February Sth, 1908. All ponies must attend for measurement at 12.30 p.m, on the course on the day of the races when a six months’ certificate will be granted, for which 5s will be charged. All handicaps, with the exception of the Miramar Cup, will be started on a minimum of Bst 71b. The Miramar Cup will be started on a minimum of Bst, Any winner.during the day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of the New Zealand Racing Conference will be •observed at this meeting, bat a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be issued. Weights will be declared on MONDAY, February 10th. „ The Managing Steward will be pleased to give any information to country visitors as to accommodation to be obtained for themselves and ponies. No pony allowed to start whose nomination lee is unpaid. In the case of there being less than five starters for the Miramar Cup, the right is reserved to reduce the value of the stake.
