Wyndham, addressing the 1900 Club, said that if Britain wished to retain the supremacy of the sea she must increase the number of her Dreadnoughts and complete the, base at Rosyth without delay. Britain must never lower the Union Jack before the red flag of cosmopolitan socialism.
