RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. “Local” means resident within 18 miles, map measurement, of Rangiwahia Post Office for three months prior to date of sports. 2. Nominations for Nos. 3,5, 6,9, 11, 12 and 14, accompanied by last two years’ performances, or if none by last three performances, to close with the Secretary on SATURDAY, 7th March, at 8 p.m. 3. No nomination will be received unless accompanied by necessary fees. 4. Competitors iu local races shall, if required, produce certificate of residence from their nearest Postmaster.
