Kerr, the New Zealand champion, whose style has been the subject of much controversy satisfied the judges as to his fairness. Results: — Mile Waik Championship. H. Kerr 1, P. Fitzgerald 2. Time, 7.8 1-5. Won by 200 yards. 100 Yards Championship.—Bass (Canterbury) 1, H. H. Dawson 2. Time, 10 3-5. Half - mile Championship. —W. Gosling 1, A. E. Burge 2. Time, 2.5 4-5. One Mile Championship.—A. E. Burge 1, W. Gosling 3. Time, 4.48 4-5. 440 Yards Flat Championship.— W. H. Pollock 1, B. B. Fisher 2. Time, 53sec. OHINGAITI SPORTS. The following handicaps have been declared bv Ulic Shannon for the Ohiugaiti. Athletic Club’s meeting, to be held on the 13th iust:— 100 Yards.—A. B. Aruott 4yds, E. Ingram 5, M. Edwards 6, W.
