Senhor Franco’s father has been mobbed. Senhor Franco lodged his. fortune with foreign banks before motoring into Spain. When Senhor Franco visited the Palace before Lis flight Queen Amelie severely upbraided him. The Republican leaders declare their intention to refrain from profiting by the present uneasiness. Received February 8, 11.43 a.m. Lisbon, February 7. The remains of King Carlos and Prince Liuz have been transported to the Palace chapel. Twenty-four servants were required to carry King Carlos’ coffin.
