ARBITRATION COURT.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, February 7. At the Arbitration Court this morning when the compensation case, Agnes Wight v. Milburu Lime and Cement Company, came on, Mr Hanlon for claimant stated that compensation amounting to £3lB had been paid into Court, which was accepted. Wight was accidentally killed in Milburn quarry in December, 1906.
