IWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER. At a Special Meeting of the Kiwitea County Council, held at the County Offices, Kimbolton, on Saturday, 18th January, 1908, a resolution was passed, by way of Special Order, making and levying a Special Rate of 17-32nds of a penny in the £ sterling on the rateable value of all rateable property of the Hill Special Rating District for the payment of interest and other charges on a loan of £825 authorised to be raised by the said Council, under “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” and amendments thereto, for the purpose of trimming, metalling and improving the Kiwitea-Tapuae and Peep o’ D*y Roads, commencing at the end of present metal on' the KiwiteaTapuae Road to junction with Peep o’ Day Road, continuing down Peep o’ Day Road to end of present metal. The loan is for 41 years, an<J the interest to be paid at the rata of per centum per annum. It is hereby further notified that a copy of the proposed Special Order embodying the resolutions passed at the said Special Meeting for making and laying such Special Rate is open for public inspection at the office of the Council, Kimbolton, during office hours, and that a Special Meeting of the Kiwitea County Council will be held on Saturday, 16th February, 1908. to confirm the; said resolution.
