GIFT OF DAIRY COWS.
Press Association. Napier, Last Night. Mr G. P. Donnelly has presented to the Dominion, through the Miusiter for Agriculture, 25 pure bred Shorthorn heifers (Bates strain), specially selected for their prospective value as dairy cows. Their destination is the Raukura Experimental Station in the Waikato, where they will be mated with imported bulls of approved milking strains.
