Twenty thousand Kurdish rebels are besieging Prince Firma, Governor of Azerbujan at Lujbalak, in Persian Khurdistan. The Prince’s condition is extremely critical. Kahhim Khan has informed the Persian Parliament that he is willing himself to equip a relieving force.
